We are all pressed for time (see here!), but getting a good workout in is essential (or at least it should be!). This is one of my favorite at-home workouts cause it not only totally covers cardio AND strength bases, but it also takes less than 30 minutes!
Yup. You heard me.
Plus, it’s nothing crazy. There are no weird new moves you’ve never heard of or have to look up. It’s the basics, but the order and intensity of the time crunch gives them a little bit more flavor.
